Phone calls
Our site is built around phone calls. Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. If you do not want a call recorded, tell the person who answers.
We use the information you give on a call, such as your name, address and the problem, to dispatch a plumber and to follow up on the job.

This site has no contact forms. Our hosting provider may log standard technical data such as IP address and browser type to keep the site working and secure. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share call details with the plumber assigned to your job and with service providers that help us run the phone line. We may disclose information when the law requires it.
Your choices
